You can get through the pain. It will take time, but you will get over it if you focus on yourself. You will have to stop any communication with him and unfriend or block him from your social accounts. Forgive him and remind yourself always that you deserve better. You need to move on. Accept the relationship is over, don't hold any grudge against him and when you feel like wanting to get back to him or you think about him; snap out of it and emphasize to yourself the relationship is over you need to move on. It might be good to send him a text thanking him for everything and wishing him all the best. This will greatly aid in the healing process. You will feel the pain but remember it will not last long.
