Personality

The Capricorn personality is vibrant and exciting, if you are looking for an intellectual, even philosophical conversation. They are unique thinkers, always on their toes and quick to present new ideas. To the Capricorn, nothing is too trivial to give some thought too. Their philosophical nature leads them to study the unique and different. They do not necessarily follow the societal norms, tending to forge their own path and work hard to make their world a better place. The Capricorn is very hard working and structured. They do not see the need to rest, usually seen as an over achiever and workaholic. Long hours doing something they love is not a problem for them. They may have a tendency to get headaches when doing something they consider mundane and boring. Capricorns are open with their attitudes about anything. If you want to know what a Capricorn is thinking, just ask, they will tell you. Capricorn may prefer the unique and different, but they also prefer to lead a structured life. This sign is not one of spontaneity.

Capricorn will burn the midnight oil to finish their project. They are workaholics, often losing track of time.

Capricorn like all the pieces to fit and won't stop working until they do.

Relationships: Business and Romantic

Aries: Aries prefer to be alone, to work alone and follow their own path. Although Capricorns and Aries will understand this with each other, and greatly appreciate it, in a romantic relationship, it may not work. Romantically, there may be too much solitude for the sociable Capricorn; they may feel the need to look elsewhere for attention. The relationship may start out on fire, seemingly absolutely perfect, but when the excitement winds down, this is where the Aries start needing their space. Capricorn and Aries in a work relationship is unstoppable. This is a very good match for a business partnership because both signs are creative and workaholics.

Taurus: Capricorns will be drawn to the Taurus because of their bright personality and impeccable taste in decoration, Taurus loves to the home, they love material objects and to have a sense of stability in their work and home life. This will bode well in every aspect of what the Capricorn desires, both business and romantic. This may be a perfect relationship.

Gemini: Gemini love attention, all the time. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it can exhaust the Capricorn. They may begin to feel that they are not doing things well enough to please the Gemini, who keeps asking for more. In the workplace, this partnership may work very well, but romantically, it will be hard for the Capricorn to adjust to the constant desires of the Gemini. Capricorns tend to be serious and Gemini tends to be more playful, opposites may attract, but be careful of this pairing.

Cancer: The gentle crab may seem too gentle for the outspoken Capricorn. This outspoken aspect of the Capricorn may send the Cancer into their shell to sulk and be moody for a bit. This will frustrate and confuse the Capricorn who sees no sense in taking your time expressing emotions. In the workplace, this may be a good pairing, though Cancers are not the workaholic type. They will be the ones telling the Capricorn when they need to take a break and have fun, if even for a few minutes. Cancers may help the Capricorn learn to relax, or this very aspect may drive the Capricorn away. This is a coin toss, Capricorn. You can take a chance with your gentle Cancer, the sign directly across from you on the charts, and it may work. If it does not, understand that sometimes, it just doesn’t work.

Leo: Capricorn as serious, all business, get the job done, type personality where the Leo likes to play and have fun. The Leo loves attention as does the Capricorn, but for different reasons. Capricorns want to change the world, make it a better place through their hard work, and the trophies and accolades will prove that. The Leo prefers to do a little and get a lot of praise. They want to be the life of the party, the center of attention, no matter what. This will wear thin on the nerves of the Capricorn who will see this as a waste of valuable work time. This pairing may be best suited for business rather than romantically.

Virgo: This is a perfect match. Virgo and Capricorn are both visionaries. They both see a goal and work until they achieve it. The Virgo will understand the Capricorn and their workaholic ways because they are the same way. Virgos understand the serious Capricorn. The beauty of this pairing is that both signs can help each other out in remembering to relax. This is the match you have been waiting for, be it business or romance.

Libra: Libras love marriage and partnership. If you are looking for a hard working, loyal business partner, look no further. Libras will instinctually know what you need to forge ahead in your business. They are very social people and may know some interesting people to help you get ahead. Romantically though, because the Libra is strongly domestic and loyal, they may feel neglected by their workaholic partner. Capricorn may feel that their Libra partner is too needy. This can cause some tension in a committed, romantic relationship.

Scorpio: Scorpio and Capricorn and dynamic together both romantically and in the workplace. Scorpios are hard workers and outgoing, but also value their private time to themselves, just as the Capricorn does. If the Scorpio and Capricorn can be on the same schedule and meet their own needs as well as their partners, business and romantically, this could work. It is certainly worth a try.

Sagittarius: This relationship is another coin toss. Sagittarius may feel you are too pessimistic when in your opinion, you are being a realist. They may feel you spend too much time working where they want to play and have fun. Sagittarius are intelligent and information gatherers, which you will love, but then you may feel that they do not take the world seriously enough. It may be worth a try, but do not be surprised if it does not work.

Capricorn: Business-wise, you cannot ask for a better partner. Both workaholic, goal oriented, intelligent philosophers will understand each other. Neither of you will stop until the project is complete, but romantically, you may be too busy. Both of you may not even see the attraction between the two of you because of work.

Aquarius: This sign may be too busy saving the world for you. Aquarius are not ones to see material wealth or to work at the same job for years on end. Aquarius likes to shake things up, make people think in different ways, to work toward a better future. The Capricorn sees the past as the past, Aquarius see the past as a way to change the future. Capricorn may find the ideas of the Aquarius as flighty and Aquarius may see the ideas of the Capricorn as too mundane. Capricorn will enjoy conversations with this very intelligent and philosophical sign, as both signs share those aspects, but their ideas may be too different to work together. Business or romantic, these signs clash.

Pisces: Pisces are dreamy and intuitive. Capricorn may find this confusing and odd at first, but when they spend time with this fish, they will see that they can bring in some very interesting ideas. Pisces will keep the Capricorn thinking, all while feeling comfortable at home. Pisces may not be the best at organizing, but they are relaxed and have a way of relaxing others, something the Capricorn has difficulty doing. This match, as opposite as it may seem, is good business and romantic. Give it a try, this may work better than expected.
